Middlesex Fells Fun

I just had a really fantastic run in the Middlesex Fells north of Boston. I managed to get there while it was still light out, and just felt phenomenally fast and fluid in my running. I'd been worried about my throat/lungs from some earlier reflux issues, but that didn't affect me at all when running at fairly high speeds(sub-6 perhaps). I feel really good about Baystate now and think I've made progress with the mental preparation bit too.

The thing that's been the best for my training was purchasing a "Dartmouth Green" jacket from the Ibex tent sale. They're the same style as the ones that the Dartmouth Nordies have, minus the cool insignias and whatnot. It instantly boosts my endurance athlete street cred, and is a nice transitional fall/spring jacket to boot.
