Edible Victories

I won cooking on Saturday -- no one else ever needs to try it again. You're probably wondering how I did this, but the answer is simple enough: I found the ultimate wine pairing for blueberry pancakes. The wine in question is Brachetto d'Acqui, a delicious sparkling red dessert wine from Italy. As always, use only fresh berries and actual maple syrup.
